A carefully matched buyer. A small pre-vetted slate. Focused owner conversations.
Strategic Asset Reviews are a buyer-access mechanism inside the broader TSCIP field-BD model. When private review and direct engagement indicate sufficient strategic fit, TSCIP can convene a focused session for a small set of assets selected against that buyer's strategy.
Designed for overloaded S&E teams.
The objective is not to create another oncology showcase. TSCIP performs the upstream filtering first: asset admission, buyer mapping, strategic thesis development, field engagement and owner preparation. The buyer is then asked to review only a small set of opportunities that TSCIP believes are genuinely relevant.
Typical concept
One buyer or tightly defined strategic theme. A small slate—often four to five assets. Sequential owner presentations. Private follow-up after the session.
How an Asset Review is formed.
1 · Buyer context
TSCIP starts from the buyer's portfolio, priorities, development needs and prior review behavior.
2 · Slate selection
Only covered assets with a credible buyer-specific thesis are considered. Participation is not purchased.
3 · Pre-review
The buyer may privately review asset profiles and TSCIP framing before a live session is proposed.
4 · Owner preparation
TSCIP helps the owner focus the presentation on the buyer-relevant strategic question rather than a generic corporate deck.
5 · Focused session
Owners present sequentially. TSCIP moderates the context and keeps each discussion decision-focused.
6 · Private follow-up
Buyer interest, requirements and follow-up are handled confidentially. Direct owner engagement proceeds only when the buyer chooses it.
Why the slate stays small.
Scarcity is part of the value proposition. If every paying asset could enter a buyer session, TSCIP would reproduce the same inbound-overload problem it is intended to solve. Small slates allow the buyer to spend meaningful time on opportunities that have already been filtered for fit.
Not a conference. Not a demo day. Not pay-to-pitch.
A Strategic Asset Review is buyer-specific transaction work. It is intended to move qualified opportunities from private review toward direct dialogue while preserving the confidentiality and selectivity required for buyer trust.

Asset owners should first be assessed for TSCIP coverage. Strategic buyers can discuss a confidential, buyer-specific review model.
