What is TSCIP?

Decision intelligence for clinical-stage oncology transactions.

TSCIP converts unresolved strategic uncertainty into a focused evidence-to-decision path while protecting buyer confidentiality and proprietary decision logic.

A decision layer between clinical evidence and a transaction.

TSCIP stands for Tumor-State Combination Intelligence Platform. It is a confidential oncology transaction practice for clinical-stage assets whose science may be credible but whose next strategic decision remains unresolved.

TSCIP works backward from a real decision—licensing, option, co-development, strategic investment, financing, carve-out or another transaction path—to identify the strategic uncertainty that must be resolved before a counterparty can act.

What TSCIP is not

It is not an open asset marketplace, a paid listing directory, a database of buyer activity, or a substitute for clinical development. It is designed to convert scattered strategic feedback into a focused evidence-to-decision path.

The public model is intentionally simple.

Cover

TSCIP selectively covers clinical-stage oncology assets. Coverage is curated rather than an open self-service listing model.

Diagnose

Clinical evidence and strategic context are translated into the uncertainty most likely to prevent a transaction decision.

Validate

Relevant external decision requirements can be tested confidentially without exposing buyer-side activity to asset owners.

Advance

The owner receives a focused path covering evidence, development, capital-to-inflection and transaction readiness.

Confidentiality is part of the product.

Buyer activity is not an owner analytics feed. Searches, views, saves, passes and private requirements remain confidential. Buyer identity is disclosed only with explicit permission.

TSCIP also keeps its internal scoring, asset ranking, counterparty-selection logic, decision thresholds and evidence-design architecture proprietary. Public pages explain the category and outcomes—not the internal decision engine.

Common questions

Is TSCIP a marketplace?

No. It is a curated confidential transaction practice. The goal is decision quality, not maximum listing volume or visible buyer traffic.

Does an asset owner see which pharma companies reviewed an asset?

Not by default. Owner-facing outputs are synthesized TSCIP decision intelligence. Buyer identity and private activity remain protected unless the buyer elects to engage.

Does TSCIP raise capital?

TSCIP can help define capital-to-inflection and compare structures, but it is not a broker-dealer, placement agent or securities intermediary.
